Based in Milnsbridge and with a second restaurant in Sowerby Bridge, Temujin has been in business since 1999 and employs 20 staff.
Owner David Johnston said: “We specialise in stir-fry which is an exciting, unique, healthy and entertaining way of eating. We can cater extensively for Vegetarians and those with eating disorders such as gluten or wheat intolerance.
David added: “The stir-fry is fast and cooked before your eyes on a row of ‘up turned shields’. Customers can create millions of different stir-fries from our extensive selection of ingredients including meat, seafood, vegetables, Tofu, Quorn and exotic meats such as ostrich and kangaroo when available. Customers are invited to return to the buffet as often as they wish but we do hope they’ll leave room for one of our delightful desserts!”
Asked why he decided to join the Partnership David explained that he wished to get involved with the networking opportunities and as a regular stallholder at the Huddersfield Food and Drink Festival he wanted to benefit from the booking discount offered to Partnership members.
